Every page carrying a partner link ends with a short disclosure block, and we put it above the footer where you can actually read it rather than burying it in six-point type. This page is the long version. We are not Jackery, BLUETTI, Anker SOLIX, or a generator dealer, and product names belong to their owners. The official product photographs are here so you know which box we mean, not to suggest any of those manufacturers has blessed this site.
The site is built around three high-ticket ($200+) programs:

They stay placeholders until an approved tracking URL gets pasted into src/affiliates.json and netlify.toml, because inventing a live affiliate click ID is not something we are willing to do. Comparison tables and product cards call those three slugs and nothing else. There is no fourth hop for a standby-generator brand we have no contract with.
People shop for backup power the slow way. Watt-hours one week, transfer switches the next, then two more weeks of quietly wondering whether the fridge will actually start. You compare on a Tuesday in April and buy on a Saturday in May. A roughly 30-day cookie still credits that sale, which is exactly why we prefer those programs. EcoFlow is commonly cited at seven days, which is a poor fit for a category people think about this slowly, so EcoFlow is not a featured partner here. The hardware can still be perfectly good. It is the program that does not match.
A SKU gets featured here when we can pull its photograph from the manufacturer page and describe it with specs that carry a date. Nothing moves up the page because the commission is bigger. What we do skip: whole categories we will not cover (rooftop solar, Tesla Powerwall) and brands we will not feature (short-cookie programs, no-name sub-$200 stations).
