The Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus is the continuous-output assignment: 2,042.8 Wh, 3,000 W continuous, 120 V, LiFePO4, 61.5 lb (manufacturer page, August 26, 2026). Expansion is the Battery Pack 2000 Plus, not a 240 V path. Street price that day: $899, with $2,199 shown as the compare-at figure.
The relevant gap is 600 W of continuous headroom over the 2,400 W pair. A refrigerator and a microwave should not share a thin inverter; 3,000 W keeps simultaneous 120 V loads farther from the ceiling. It does not make this a well-pump machine, and it does not replace a compressor-start test in your own kitchen.
Surge is blank in the table. Jackery’s US page did not yield one figure that could be copied without choosing between conflicting numbers. A peak watt shouted by a third-party listing is not a spec; until Jackery prints a single figure on the product page, the cell stays empty.
The in-family panel is the SolarSaga 200W, the named folder carried for this brand; pairing notes live in the review and in the portable panel best-of. Do not series-wire an unmatched blanket into the input on the strength of a marketplace title.
The BLUETTI AC200L is the expansion assignment: 2,048 Wh, 2,400 W, 120 V, LiFePO4, 62.4 lb, expandable to 8,192 Wh (manufacturer page, August 26, 2026). Street price that day: $899; no compare-at figure appeared on the page, so none is quoted.
8,192 Wh is why this SKU enters home-backup conversations. It remains 120 V; extra modules do not produce split-phase. A 240 V well, dryer, or air handler makes this the wrong aisle at any watt-hour count. A long 120 V outage (refrigerator, freezer, network, lights) is the case where modular capacity is the honest lever.
Surge is blank here as well; the live BLUETTI page was unclear or conflicting. Test the refrigerator start, and discount any roundup that filled in a peak this desk would not print.

The Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen 2 is the weight assignment: 2,048 Wh, 2,400 W continuous, 4,000 W peak, 120 V, LFP (the same lithium iron phosphate family as LiFePO4), 41.7 lb, expandable up to 4 kWh (manufacturer page, August 26, 2026). Street price that day: $999.99.
Two figures matter here. The first is 41.7 lb against 61.5 lb (Jackery) and 62.4 lb (BLUETTI); on a garage floor that gap is trivia, and on a staircase or a car trunk it is the entire review. The second is the 4,000 W peak, the one printed peak in this trio. Peak lasts a second; it helps a compressor start and licenses nothing else.
Expansion stops at 4 kWh in this family: less ceiling than the AC200L’s 8,192 Wh, and enough for a longer 120 V outage than the base pack alone. Buyers who actually need 120/240 V belong with the Anker SOLIX F3800 instead.

The flip conditions, stated once: a station that must be carried, the C2000 Gen 2; stacked 120 V loads near a 2,400 W ceiling, the Explorer 2000 Plus; a budgeted second battery, the AC200L. Otherwise the table stands.
Who the 2 kWh class is for
You have a written 120 V list: fridge, network, lights, maybe CPAP.
You will test the compressor start once, on your own refrigerator, before the storm.
You can live without HVAC for the length of a typical local outage.
You will add portable panels only if the event can last more than a day.
You want a 30-day-cookie brand with a US product page, not a no-name 500 Wh brick.
Who should skip these three
Automatic whole-home HVAC, sump, and furnace for days. That is a standby generator, not a carry-in station.

What we skip on purpose
EcoFlow as a featured pick. The hardware can be competitive; the cookie is commonly cited as 7 days. This category is a weeks-long research loop, and roughly 30-day programs (Jackery, BLUETTI, Anker SOLIX) fit it. EcoFlow is not a featured partner here.
